Eyelets and Brads

What are eyelets and brads you ask?  Well, eyelets are like small snaps or grommets with holes in the middle that are attached to your paper with the help of a hole punch and eyelet setter.  Brads are like small tacks or nails with decorative heads.  They can be simply pushed through the paper or card stock and their winged back pieces opened out and flattened against the page to secure the brad.

Eyelets and brads are available in every possible color and style to fit your themes.  Keen scrappers will want to have a variety of these in their supply box.   If you are doing a scrapbook with a baby theme you will love the different baby bottles, diaper pins, teddy bears and Disney characters.

As with all scrapbooking supplies make sure that the eyelets and brads that you choose for your project are archival safe.  These embellishments really add style and flair to your scrapbooks.  Our only problem is choosing which ones to use!
